Standard Packages
We offer two main packages but just like your wedding gown, our coordination services should be a perfect fit. That’s why we offer customizable packages made just for you! If interested in a custom package please let us know so we can schedule a call to discuss your needs.
This package includes two coordinators, one hour of coordination for the rehearsal, and up to 10 hours of coordination the day of.
Pre Wedding Planning Timeline:
The below will take place from signing the contract till 60 days out:
Initial consultation to go over questionnaire.
Unlimited contact via email, phone and text.
60 days out we will complete the following with you:
Detail call: Up to one hour planning call to go over all aspects of the rehearsal and wedding day to assist in co-creation of the wedding day timeline.
30 days out we will complete the following with you:
Assist in finalizing the ceremony order of service and reception schedule of events and coordinating songs.
Assist in finalizing the detailed itinerary for vendors and wedding parties and family
Wedding Rehearsal:
Two coordinators: Up to 1 hour
Point of contact - acting as a liaison between venue, vendors, wedding party and family.
Coordinate ceremony rehearsal and answer any questions.
Provide printed and digital wedding day timeline of events.
Wedding Day:
Two coordinators: 10 hours of coordination
Point of contact for anything wedding related.
Direct vendors to designated locations, oversee setup of ceremony, cocktail hour and reception to ensure correct execution.
Distribute flowers to the wedding party, parents, ushers etc.
Manage the timeline for every event and transition throughout the day and ensure all formalities happen on schedule.
Problem solve any unforeseen surprises and communicate any schedule changes to venue or other vendors as needed.
Line up and cue wedding parties, musicians/DJ during the ceremony and reception.
Assist with bustling wedding gown.
Distribute final payments and gratuities.
Use of wedding day emergency kit.
Silver Package
Investment - $750
This package includes two coordinators, one hour of coordination for the rehearsal, and up to 12 hours of coordination the day of.
Pre Wedding Planning Timeline:
The below will take place from signing the contract till 60 days out:
Initial consultation to go over questionnaire.
Unlimited contact via email, phone and text.
Optional: Complete a venue walk through to visualize and create a day of timeline.
Optional: Review venue and vendor contracts to understand promised expectations.
60 days out we will complete the following with you:
Detail call: Up to one hour planning call to go over all aspects of the rehearsal and wedding day to assist in co-creation of the wedding day timeline.
Confirm arrangements and delivery times with the venue and vendors directly.
Connect with the photographer to understand the photo timeline, locations and overall plan for the day.
30 days out we will complete the following with you:
Assist in finalizing the ceremony order of service and reception schedule of events and coordinating songs.
Assist in finalizing the detailed itinerary for vendors and wedding parties and family
Provide and confirm timeline with vendors.
Wedding Rehearsal:
Two coordinators: Up to 1 hour

Obtain any small ceremony items to be set up by us.

Distribute flowers to the wedding party, parents, ushers etc.
Manage the timeline for every event and transition throughout the day and ensure all formalities happen on schedule.

Gold Package
Investment - $1,000
Package Add-Ons
We offer the following add-ons to all of our standard packages, or we can build them into a custom package.
Setup & Teardown
Investment - $150/hour
Additional support time can be added to accommodate event setup and/or teardown.
To ensure we are able to provide exceptional service throughout the most important moments of your wedding day, setup and teardown are offered as add-on services. This allows our team to fully focus on both the behind-the-scenes details and the hands-on support you deserve during your celebration.
Additional Coordination Time
Investment - $100/hour
Additional coordination time may be added to any standard package in one-hour increments.
Our standard packages include either ten or twelve hours of wedding day support. If you’re interested in additional coverage, we would be happy to discuss a custom timeline tailored to your needs.
Silver package clients also have the option to add a venue walkthrough and/or wedding vendor contract review for additional support during the planning process.
Travel fees included for venues within two hours of Watertown, WI.
All services require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking/contract signing then the remainder is due 30 days prior to the wedding. Date is locked in once contract is signed and deposit is paid.
