Hi, I’m Courtney, founder of Courtney & Co.
I’ve loved weddings for as long as I can remember and often dreamed about my own wedding day as a little girl. Over time, that love grew into a passion for helping couples create meaningful, beautiful celebrations of their own.
My journey into wedding coordination began after stepping in as a spur-of-the-moment day-of coordinator for my sister-in-law’s wedding. What started as helping family quickly turned into a genuine passion for creating seamless, memorable wedding experiences.
Since then, I’ve coordinated weddings of all sizes — from intimate micro weddings to large-scale celebrations — as well as corporate and personal events, including my own wedding. I bring a calm, organized, and detail-driven approach to every event, ensuring couples feel supported, stress-free, and fully present throughout their special day.

Hi, I’m Nicole — Courtney’s business partner and longtime best friend.
Over the years, Courtney and I have worked side by side creating and leading children’s programs from the ground up within the kids ministry I oversee. Through each experience, we’ve built a strong partnership rooted in creativity, organization, and a shared passion for serving others well.
I bring a thoughtful, detail-oriented, and visionary approach to every event. I thrive in collaborative environments, naturally understanding a client’s vision and helping bring it to life with care and precision. Known for remaining calm under pressure and stepping in wherever needed, I’m committed to creating a seamless and supportive experience from start to finish.
