Travel & Lodging
Courtney & Co. is based in Watertown, Wisconsin, and serves couples throughout Wisconsin and surrounding areas.
For weddings more than one hour from Watertown, Clients will provide one hotel room for the coordination team for the night between the rehearsal and wedding day. This allows us to stay nearby, well-rested, and fully focused for both rehearsal and wedding day. If travel requires additional trips (such as rehearsals scheduled on a separate day from the wedding), additional travel fees may apply.
Any travel or lodging needs will always be discussed and confirmed before booking.

All services require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking and contract signing. The remainder is due 30 days prior to the wedding.
