Hi, I’m Courtney! I started Courtney & Co. Weddings because I love helping couples actually enjoy their wedding day instead of spending it managing timelines, vendors, and logistics.
My role is simple: you’ve planned the wedding, and I make sure it all comes together exactly as intended.
Depending on the package selected, you’ll also have the support of an assistant coordinator. Having a second coordinator allows us to manage multiple locations, vendors, and moving parts efficiently so your day runs smoothly from start to finish.

Venue coordinators are wonderful resources, but their primary responsibility is the venue itself. A wedding coordinator focuses on your entire wedding day, including your timeline, vendors, wedding party, family, and overall flow of events.

Many of our couples have already planned their wedding themselves. Our role is to step in before the wedding and take over the logistics on wedding day so you, your family, and your wedding party can fully enjoy the celebration.

Yes! Rehearsal coordination is included in our services because it helps ensure everyone feels comfortable and confident before wedding day.

Essential provides one coordinator and is ideal for simpler wedding days.
Gold includes two coordinators and is our most popular package, providing additional support for timelines, vendors, and overall wedding day execution.
Platinum includes everything in Gold plus additional setup and teardown support for couples who want more hands-on assistance throughout the day.

Absolutely! We serve couples throughout Southern Wisconsin and surrounding areas.
For weddings located more than one hour from Watertown, lodging accommodations may be required. Travel requirements are always discussed before booking.

No problem! We regularly coordinate weddings with multiple venues and can help manage transportation, timelines, vendor arrivals, and transitions between locations.

Yes. Setup and teardown support is included in our Platinum package and may be available as an add-on for other packages depending on your needs and event logistics.

We intentionally limit the number of weddings we accept each season so we can provide every couple with the attention and support they deserve.

A signed contract and retainer are required to officially reserve your wedding date. Dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
